1. Receiving an order in the store

The order can be picked up within 7 days. If the order is not picked up within this period, your order may be canceled and the ordered goods will be returned to the warehouse.
To pick up your order, you will need to provide your order number.
2. Receiving the order at the parcel terminal
It is also possible to receive the order at a DPD or OMNIVA parcel machine. Delivery to parcel machines takes 2-7 business days. after The exception is delivery delays, which are notified on the website of the service provider DPD / OMNIVA.
